The Role

As a Delivery Success Coordinator at Athennian, you will leverage your past experience leading customer-focused software initiatives to deliver our software to a wide range of clients. Reporting to the Delivery Success Manager, you will launch and run successful projects that provide the foundation for strong, collaborative customer relationships. You have strong technical skills including a solid understanding of web development, APIs and cloud-based technologies.

Your day as an Athennian employee is extremely varied and requires the ability to switch between tasks quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail. You can manage competing priorities while providing top-tier customer service to our customers during the implementation initiative.

Project Management: You have experience with formal project management processes and methodologies to lead agile and dynamic SaaS implementations. You can adapt a project to best meet customer needs while tracking activities, deadlines, and reporting on project progress.

Customer Collaboration: You collaborate with our customers to gather meaningful insights to deliver to the appropriate internal channels with nuance and priority. You can efficiently and clearly communicate the product roadmap and data migration efforts to customers.

Process Development: You are a creative thinker who can build customer-centered, scalable strategies to enhance our customer’s journey. Your work contributes to a growing knowledge base of best practices for Athennian users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation projects and client onboarding from start to finish
  • Coordinate and support the completion of implementation activities, including onboarding training, best practice sessions, solution configuration, and data migration 
  • Facilitate technical requirement gathering and deliver customer feedback to the engineering team
  • Develop scope of work documentation that marries customer expectations with internal delivery resources
  • Schedule and manage stakeholder engagement throughout different phases of the customer relationship 
  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion 
  • Take responsibility for ensuring the successful production deployment and go-live launches are initiated meticulously
  • Produce required project artifacts
