As Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Athennian, Alan Bass leads the company's global partnership strategy, building relationships with leading organizations across governance, private markets and the legal industry. Before joining Athennian, Alan was CEO of Korbitec Inc., the leading provider of document automation solutions for litigation, which was acquired by Dye & Durham. Following the acquisition, he led Global Partnerships at Dye & Durham before joining Athennian. Alan is a seasoned technology executive who has helped scale multiple startups through two IPOs and two acquisitions, and has served on the boards of several private and charitable organizations.
