Challenge

Performance Paralegals Ltd. (PPL) of Edmonton, Alberta, having committed as a company to be early adopters of legal technology, knew they wanted a cloud-based platform that would put their services at the forefront of the market. As a small team, automation was integral to efficient day-to-day operations. In addition, with their high volume of short-term clients, they needed a way to save on the costs associated with printing and copying. They found that manual operation was time-consuming, repetitive, and arduous.
