Athennian COVID-19 Business Continuity Plans

As a result of growing concerns related to the COVID-19 virus (“C-19”), I want to provide information on measures we are taking at Athennian to ensure business continuity for both our internal business operations and the operations of the software and services we provide to our customers.

As part of our SOC II audit certification and other standards, Athennian has business continuity plans that prepare us for a variety of operating scenarios that could materialize in the coming weeks as a result of C-19.

We understand that our services are mission critical components of your business that need to be delivered in an efficient, timely and reliable manner. Accordingly, we want you to know about the measures we are taking to protect the health of our team and our families so that we can continue to support our customers:

  1. Effective today Friday March 13, 2020, the Athennian team will work remotely from home.
  2. All company travel is also halted effective immediately.
  3. Any in-person meetings with external parties, including interviews, should be moved to remote video calls where possible.

Users or administrators of Athennian will not notice any difference in service levels. Athennian’s software platform and the tools we use for our services such as chat support, document coding, security, email, etc., are all cloud-based. This means that all Athennian staff are capable of working securely from their laptops anywhere in the world.

At this time there is no impact to Athennian’s services as a result of this situation. If there are any events that occur that impact our services, we will notify customers as quickly as possible.

If you have any questions or if there is anything that we can do to support your team during this situation, please contact us. We are here to support you.

Sincerely,

Adrian Camara, CEO
